INNOVATIVE PROJECT
Fairing made of carbon fibre composite material and UDRAA, an innovative material developed in-house, consisting of a PETG matrix and a cotton denim fibre reinforcement.
FRAME & DYNAMICS
The frame is a combination of steel trellis and aluminium plates, connected by geometric constraints. There is no traditional steering headstock, which is instead separated to accommodate the intake duct.
DATA ACQUISITION
The data acquisition system is integrated into the dashboard. designed and programmed in-house.
ENGINE
KTM RC 250 single-cylinder 4-stroke, custom-designed exhaust system made of titanium alloy.
EXHAUST
The airbox with dynamic intake and intake duct are made of carbon fibre. Intake valve is rotary barrel type, hybrid aluminium and nylon moulded using FDM technology.
