ENGINE

KTM sxf 250

WEIGHT

87kg heavily weighted to 95kg, for targeted control of dynamics.

CHASSIS

The frame was formed by welding together nine aluminium alloy elements.

SWINGARM

Manufactured as an all-carbon hollow structure with aluminium inserts for mechanical communication with the pivot, link and wheel axle.

INTAKE

The intake system comprises a snorkel and an airbox with dynamic intake, made of carbon fibre; the system culminates in the double-cone barrel-type intake valve.

EXHAUST

Custom-designed and tuned exhaust system made of titanium alloy.

AERODYNAMICS

The aerodynamic study involved the creation of a set of fairings incorporating an active aerobrake to control and improve cornering and braking performance.
