CHASSIS

The frame was formed by bolting together seven aluminium alloy elements.

SWINGARM

Manufactured as an all-carbon hollow structure with aluminium inserts for mechanical communication with the pivot, link and wheel axle.

DYNAMICS

Counter-rotating motor with double-toothed belt drive system.

BATTERY PACK

Custom-designed with Lithium-ion batteries, for a capacity of 9.72 kWh and a maximum rated voltage of 126V. All managed by an in-house built BMS.

DATA ACQUISITION

The dashboard, data acquisition system and management of all the prototype’s sensors was integrated into an in-house designed and programmed system.
